Packing is the customer’s responsibility, unless agreed otherwise. ZipUpp does not take responsibility for products which are not packed, or packed incorrectly [hyperlink to Postnord ‘packa på rätt sätt’}. Companies are liable to compensate for products that are damaged in transit under the Swedish Consumer Authorities’ (Konsumenverket) law [Hyperlink to Konsumenverket].
ZipUpp takes the current Covid-19 crisis seriously, and we do our best to ensure that using our platform is a responsible way to transport items. Therefore we recommend all users to wear masks when interacting in person and to maintain social distancing whenever possible.
